What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 23rd!

What time should I arrive?

To keep our ceremony intimate, arrival times may vary. Please check your invitation for the correct time to join us for our special day.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in semi-formal or cocktail attire for our wedding celebration! Please no jeans or overly casual wear. The ceremony will be indoors, but the reception will continue outdoors. We can’t wait to see you looking your best and ready to celebrate!

Is there parking on site?

Please be aware that parking at the venue is extremely limited. We highly recommend carpooling, using ride-sharing services, or getting dropped off at the venue to ensure enough space for family and vendors. If you plan to drive, we encourage you to please have no less than FOUR (4) OCCUPANTS PER VEHICLE! There is no alternative parking available.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If you received a plus-one, their name is listed on your invitation and will be included on your RSVP. If you do not have a plus-one listed on your invitation, we apologize but we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you time to make arrangements and enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Room blocks have been reserved for the wedding party and immediate family only. While there aren't additional blocks available, there are plenty of nearby accommodations we recommend. Feel free to reach out if you’d like suggestions—we’re happy to help!

Will there be transportation to/from hotels?

Transportation will be provided for the wedding party only. Guests are kindly asked to make their own arrangements to and from the venue. We recommend carpooling, using a ride-share service, or planning a ride in advance. If you plan to drink, please do so responsibly and arrange a safe ride home. Your safety means the world to us!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Beer, wine, and canned cocktails are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please note that hard liquor will not be served, and is not allowed at the event.

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Please let us know when you RSVP! We’ll do our best to accommodate all dietary needs.

Who can I contact with questions?

Please contact Alli Evans - (585) 794-3445 or Devyn Stahl - (716) 598-2020 with any questions!
