Green Lakes State Park, nestled in Fayetteville just east of Syracuse, is a stunning natural gem encompassing nearly 1,955 acres. At its heart lie two meromictic glacial lakes—Green Lake (about 195 ft deep) and Round Lake (180 ft deep.) The park is open dawn to dusk and there is a $10 entrance fee per vehicle.
